Returns and Replacement Guarantee
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging that you received it.
Eggs not Hatching
If your eggs have not hatched yet – please check carefully – first time brine shrimp hatchers often mistake the hatched baby brine shrimp and do not realize the eggs actually HAVE hatched. Look closely – you will notice the eggs appear to be vibrating, or hazy, or blurry – this means the eggs have hatched and they are alive and ready to feed to your fish.
Obviously we stand by our 95% hatch rate guarantee – this means we are extremely confident that the eggs will hatch given the right conditions – which simply means salt water at 24C temperature.
Since these conditions are simple to create, our eggs invariably hatch time and again. This means that “eggs not hatching” is most likely an operator error and we can fix this simply by carefully re-reading the Hatching Guidelines and ensuring that the instructions are followed exactly.
Prior to any claim for refund or exchange or replacement – PLEASE carefully check the hatching Guidelines and ensure you are strictly adhering to the protocols. If required, start over again with a fresh 2g scoop of brine shrimp eggs and a fresh batch of salted water, in a freshly rinsed container. Often this will do the trick.
Replacement Guarantee
In the unlikely event you have exhausted all avenues and your brine shrimp eggs are still not hatching, please send two images to info[at]bringshrimp.com.au of the unhatched eggs in-situ in the set up you have provided. This will assist in any troubleshooting suggestions we may be able to offer.
If our suggestion is unhelpful, we will email you further instructions to confirm delivery of you replacement brine shrimp eggs once we have received the original order back from you. Please be careful to keep your eggs and send them back as complete as possible so we can perform further investigation as required.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, reseal your pouch and return it to the address provided in the email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
